Enjoy an In-Home Tasting Plate in the comfort of your own home. You will sample and enjoy twelve (12) of our wedding cake flavors, along with an easy-to-follow description of the flavors you're sampling. In addition, you will be sampling our Dessert Bar samples of our most popular choices. It is for you to try the items' texture and see the actual dessert serving. The cake samples will give you an idea of other available flavors. If you need to cancel you order, we require a 24hr advance notice for refund.

The tasting plate includes our 12 standard flavors:
- Mango Coconut Mousse with White Cake.
- Raspberry Preserve & Italian Lemon Mousse with White Cake.
- Strawberry Mousse with White Cake.
- Bavarian Cream with Black & White Cake.
- Green Tea Matcha with White Cake.
- Raspberry Preserve & Amaretto Mousse with Black & White Cake*.
- Mocha-Latte: Latte Ganache with Chocolate Mousse with Black & White Cake*.
- Oreo Cookies & Cream with Black & White Cake*.
- Boston Cream Pie - Belgian Chocolate Ganache and Bavarian Cream with White Cake.
- Red Velvet: White Chocolate Cream Cheese Mousse with Red Velvet Cake.
- Belgian Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Cake.
- Funfetti Cake with Funfetti Cream.
*Served with both chocolate and white cake in the Tasting Plate. You can choose to order your wedding cake with those flavors as served or with a choice of just chocolate or just white cake.
CUPCAKES: All of these flavors are available as cupcakes. The flavor profile will all be similar. The major difference is that cupcakes are topped with buttercream swirls instead of the mousse filling that are in most of the cakes.
DESSERT BARS: Flavors provided are our most popular choices: 1) Lemon Cream Puff, 2) Fresh Fruit Tartlet with Bavarian Cream, 3) Snickerdoodle Triangle and 4) Classic Chocolate Triangle. The cake samples offer ideas on other available flavors and the cake fillings give you an idea on the shooter cup flavors.
