Serving our community since 1975, Freedom Bakery is a second-generation, family-owned bakery. Originally on Freedom Blvd, we moved to Hangar Way in 2009.

We specialize in cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and pies, all available for online ordering. As pioneers of custom photo cookies, we ship them nationwide. Our Watsonville location is a full retail bakery welcoming all walk-ins for last minute cravings.
